As Lead Product Designer at Philo, I spearheaded a 6-week mobile-web only project to address the challenge: 'How can we make information on our show pages more digestible?' By redesigning the show landing page with a focus on user-centric design and accessibility, we successfully improved content clarity and user engagement. This resulted in a 8% increase in initial payments, 5% rise in subscribers, and 18% boost in sign-ups.
