As the Lead Product Designer, I identified an opportunity to enhance Philo's post-payment onboarding flow. By guiding users to set up multiple devices with clear instructions and incentives, we boosted sign-ins on mobile by 6.9% and Fire TV by 6% during an 8-week test, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction across the platform.

Harnessing the insight that users logging in on another device during the trial triples payment likelihood, our approach guides Philo setup on multiple devices.

Clear instructions and incentives significantly boost sign-ins, especially on mobile (6.9%) and Fire TV (6%) during an 8-week test, ensuring a widespread platform-wide increase for heightened engagement and satisfaction.
